The Polish-Ukrainian training program for the Precarpathian eco-energy cluster was completed

Within the framework of the international Polish-Ukrainian project “Ukrainian Renewable Energy Clusters as an effective tool for the development and cooperation between Ukrainian Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises”, Polish experts Robert Szlęzak (president of the Eastern Cluster ICT and the Cooperative Association of Lublin Clusters, Advisor to the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Poland) and Pavel Prokop (founder and Chairman of the Board of Management Initiatives Foundation, Consultant and Auditor of Quality Management Systems, Emaus Foundation Vice Chairman, Open Culture Foundation Board Chairman) held three-day workshop for the cluster participants and interested companies on the following topics:

  • The purpose, the essence of the action, the benefits of cooperation within clusters.
  • Clusters in the world and in Poland – recommendations, good practices, recommendations for use in Ukraine.
  • RES clusters – benefits for members.
  • Practical aspects of creating and operating clusters.
  • Proposals on the business model for future clusters.
