On Friday, June 22, a press conference with participation of the mayor, Ruslan Martsinkiv, for the eco-festival “City of Conscious People” was held. The eco-festival organized by PEEC together with the Department of Youth Policy and Sport of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council will take place on June 24 in the park of Mickiewicz and Vichevy Maidan.
From 14.00 to 22.00 the following locations will work:
- Lecturer with the most interesting topics about life eco-style
- Smart City with energy efficient green technologies from ПЕЕК
- Creative workshop for kids and adults from Natali Malkova and RoboclubIF
- Eco-fair
- Music location with bands: Брати Станіслава – офіційна сторінка 4 Фаза Сну Monopolia

“City of Conscious People” is a festival for reflection and thinking. To understand our impact on the environment and life in the city, not only negative passive but also conscious active involvement in solving of the environmental problems and smart energy use. We strive to draw attention to the problems of energy conservation, rational nature resources use and management, environmental protection of Ivano-Frankivsk and Ukraine.
