On September 30, the International Conference IoT Ukraine-Poland was held in Kyiv, in which the delegation of the Precarpathian Eco-Energy Cluster (PEEC) took part. The conference raised a very important issue of clusterization in Ukraine, including in the context of the industry 4.0. According to the summuries of the speakers and discussions in the hall, at the moment the process of cluster development can be described only by the word “slowly”. And although the pace of clustering is not yet sufficient to reach the whole country, it is pleasing that it is pushed by highly-enthusiastic volunteer. This factor is also a feature of Ukraine in the context of European clusters, which is usually supported by both the government and pan-European strategic programs. This, in turn, may be a pivotal indicator of social changes that take place naturally and in the right direction.
